FRB Management provides information, listing, management and booking services for professional, creative and business spaces. Some spaces may be managed directly by FRB Management while others may be independently owned or operated.
Guests, applicants, owners and hosts must provide accurate information. Submitting an inquiry or space application does not guarantee acceptance, availability or a confirmed booking.
A confirmed reservation provides temporary use of the reserved space only for the approved purpose, date, time and number of attendees. A reservation does not create a lease or tenancy.
Guests are responsible for their attendees, contractors, vendors, equipment, permits and activities conducted during a booking. Guests are responsible for damage caused beyond ordinary wear and tear.
Space owners and hosts are responsible for having legal authority to offer their space, accurately representing it, maintaining reasonable cleanliness and safety, keeping availability current and honoring confirmed reservations.
Rates, fees, cancellation terms and property-specific rules will be provided before a reservation is confirmed.
FRB Management may refuse or terminate bookings involving materially misrepresented, unlawful, unsafe or disruptive activities.
FRB Management may require proof of insurance for certain productions, activities, equipment or higher-risk bookings.
For independently owned spaces, FRB Management may act as a listing, booking or management service and does not become the owner of the property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FRB Management is not responsible for loss, damage or injury caused by guests, attendees, contractors, vendors or independent property owners.
FRB Management may collect information voluntarily submitted through our website, including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, booking details, property information and communications.
We use this information to evaluate spaces, respond to inquiries, manage bookings and provide requested services.
Information may be shared with a host, property owner or service provider when reasonably necessary to evaluate or fulfill a requested service or booking.
FRB Management does not sell personal information to advertisers.
We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted to us, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
